These are the instructions for the MOANA numbered poster, to facilitate faster border control processing at Dover.
On receipt of the required passenger and school information Irish Ferries will send each coach group a unique MOANA numbered poster to display in the window of their coach.
On the day of travel, schools should display their MOANA numbered poster in the coach window – this poster shows the Irish Ferries logo, date of travel and the unique number for the group. When multiple coaches are travelling together care should be taken to ensure the correct poster is displayed in each coach.
This windscreen poster helps the French border authorities identify participating coaches when they arrive at Dover. The MOANA coaches will have the advantage of not having to queue behind other coaches that may have to do the EES process.
If trip organisers have sent the advanced passenger information but do not have the windscreen poster when arriving at Dover, coaches will not be able to use the faster process.
